Amethyst Gramley serves as Chief Accounting Officer for SR Companies, bringing extensive experience in accounting leadership, financial operations, and organizational stewardship across complex, multi-site real estate and healthcare organizations.

Amethyst earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a Minor in Accounting from the University of South Florida. After working her way through college, she built her career in accounting through progressively senior roles, developing a strong foundation in financial reporting, compliance, team leadership, process improvement, and partner collaboration.

Throughout her career, Amethyst has successfully led accounting and finance teams while building trusted relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders. Her partnership-driven approach emphasizes open communication, financial transparency, risk management, and alignment between financial objectives and organizational goals.

For Amethyst, accounting has always been more than numbers. She believes strong financial stewardship, carried out with integrity and care, directly supports the people, teams, and communities healthcare organizations serve. Outside of work, Amethyst enjoys spending time with her family, fishing, and traveling.
