2026 OPEN ENROLLMENT — CHOOSING YOUR BENEFITS
Your benefits, your choice — but only if you act.
New to this?
"Open Enrollment" just means the one time each year you get to choose — or change — your health insurance and other benefits for the next 12 months. It's not automatic, and it's not something HR does for you. You have to make your choice yourself, during this window.
Countdown to Open Enrollment
This is an active benefits enrollment
Your current benefits (if enrolled) will not automatically continue into the new plan year. If you're enrolled in a plan today and want coverage starting November 1, 2026, you need to actively re-enroll during the Open Enrollment window: September 20 - October 3.
No action means no coverage starting November 1. So be sure to enroll!

Three Ways to Enroll
You don't have to figure this out alone; explore our enrollment options below.
OPTION 1
Schedule an On-Site Appointment
Our benefit coaches will be available on-site at participating locations to help you through the enrollment process. Unlike phone appointments, on-site help isn't available every day — each location gets one scheduled visit day, so check your location's date before booking. During your appointment, a representative can:
- Walk through the available benefit plan options
- Help explain benefit information and terminology
- Answer questions about the enrollment process
- Help make sure your elections are completed
OPTION 2
Schedule a Phone Appointment
Connect with a benefits coach by phone for personalized support. Phone appointments are flexible — book any day that works for you between September 22 and October 2. Appointments must be scheduled by September 21.
Schedule your phone appointment now:

OPTION 3
Self-Enroll Through Paycom
Prefer to complete your enrollment independently? Self-enroll any time during the Open Enrollment window through Paycom.
IN PERSON OR BY PHONE
Book an Enrollment Appointment
We encourage you to book an on-site or phone appointment so we can assist you one on one. On-site appointments will be held for one day at your location (if applicable). Phone appointments are available September 22 - October 2.
On-Site Appointments
Each location has only one scheduled visit day — not every day. Find your work location in the schedule below and book for that specific date.
Phone Appointments

Don't Wait: Appointment Schedule Deadline
We encourage employees who want enrollment assistance to pre-book their appointment by September 21.
If no one at your location books an appointment, a representative may not come on-site at all. So if you want that in-person help, don't wait — we encourage booking an appointment now!
